RentShield® allows you to anticipate your monthly income from your investment. Should a tenant default on their rent, RentShield® will pay the defaulted rent for up to 6 months. We guarantee you will be paid within 30 days of the default date, provided that you follow the correct claim procedures.
Making a claim is easy. Simply submit a Default Claim Form to RentShield® approximately 15 days after a rent is due and we will take care of the rest. Financial worries about tenant defaults and evictions are now a thing of the past. Click here to learn “How to Make a Default Claim.”
Collections
To save you time and money, we assume the responsibility of collecting the defaulted rent from the tenant.
