The unpleasant surprise and cost of repairing damage is no longer a financial burden to Property Managers and Owners. RentShield® will pay up to $10,000 of the tenant's liability for property damage, beyond normal wear and tear. This includes all obligations that have been outlined in the lease agreement.
Every month, RentShield® will tally all claims made and pay all approved claims with accurately completed documentation. Claims may require documented images of damage greater than US$250 prior to repair, which will allow RentShield® to seek collections or legal action in the future. Once we have reimbursed you for the tenant's liability in repair costs, we initiate collections on the tenant for approved costs associated with the damage repair.
