This option allows those without screening processes in place to rest assured their enrolled tenants have met a strict criterion.
We can qualify your tenants by conducting the appropriate checks and balances. Tenant screening includes:
- previous rental history;
- credit history;
- employment verification; and,
- bank account authorization.
Additional screening option:
- criminal background check
Tenant screening services can be built into your customized program. For added screening, you also have the option to have RentShield® conduct criminal background checks.
Notification regarding a tenant’s qualification to the RentShield® program generally can be given within 24 hours of an applicant’s submission, during business hours. Once the tenant’s application has been verified and approved by RentShield®, the Property Manager/Owner can assign the tenant to a unit.
