RentShield® can help you experience significant savings. We remove some of the financial worry by reimbursing the potentially expensive legal fees when a tenant breaches their lease agreement.
Legal processes, such as evictions, must be carried out by the Property Manager or Owner. RentShield® will then reimburse all reasonable legal costs associated with tenant default and eviction.
