RentShield® is a comprehensive rental services program

Tenants may default for a number of reasons they cannot control, such as falling ill or being laid off, which can affect their financial ability to pay their rent. It can happen at anytime and even the best references cannot always predict who will default.
RentShield® offers a solution to Property Managers and Owners that provides a rental default guarantee on all units signed up in the program. This means if your tenant defaults on their rent, we pay you the amount in arrears for up to 6 months.
RentShield® is payment of a tenant's liability for property damage
Repair costs for damage to units that are beyond normal wear and tear can be costly. With RentShield®, the Property Manager or Owner can be paid for up to $10,000 worth in damages per unit caused by the tenant.
